Support that gets you back on track.
Call or email CTI first. If a technician asks you to start a remote support session, use Google’s official Chrome Remote Desktop support page below.

Remote assistance
Connect with your CTI technician
Google Chrome Remote Desktop lets you share a one-time support code with a technician so they can help remotely. Start a session only when you are speaking with CTI and expect the support request.
Start a Google Remote Desktop support session
- Call CTI first at (716) 844-6953. Only start a session when you are expecting help from our technician.
- Open Google’s support page using the button on this page. In the “Get Support” section, choose “Download” if prompted, then follow Google’s instructions to install Chrome Remote Desktop. Once it is ready, select “Generate Code.”
- Share the one-time code with the CTI technician you are speaking with. Google may ask you to confirm the technician’s email address and select “Share” to allow access.
- End the session by selecting “Stop Sharing” when support is complete. Google may ask you to confirm sharing again every 30 minutes. You can stop sharing at any time by closing the support window.
Keep your access private
Never share a remote access code with someone who contacted you unexpectedly. A support session gives the technician access to your computer and its files while connected. See Google’s Chrome Remote Desktop instructions for more details. CTI will never ask for passwords, payment card details, or gift cards during a support session.
